Real Estate Tax

With the NKF Tax team, we advise investors, listed and private companies, real estate funds and private clients on the domestic and international tax questions arising in complex real estate matters, in particular regarding the purchase, sale and restructuring of real estate and real estate portfolios.

We assist with tax planning and real estate tax structuring and provide services, such as calculating real estate taxes, preparing tax declarations, obtaining tax rulings and determining indicators of real estate funds.
