NKF’s Private Client team has a wealth of experience in handling complex estate disputes in Switzerland. In this area, we work closely with the firm’s Dispute Resolution team.

Our team regularly advises on will validity challenges as well as claims relating to the construction and interpretation of wills. We have particular expertise in claims involving disclosure issues and beneficiaries’ rights to information as well as claims regarding the legal portion.
