The traditional means of conflict resolution, litigation and arbitration, may not always lead to the best outcomes for our clients. Sometimes a measured approach and amicable resolution of a dispute is the most advantageous path to follow. We became involved in Alternative Dispute Resolution (“ADR”) proceedings early in their development. Today, we have expertise and insight into various alternative dispute resolution mechanisms as well as the industry knowledge and keen commercial awareness required to make effective strategic decisions on the best mechanism to use to resolve a particular dispute. We advise on domestic and international business mediation across all industry sectors.

Our team includes mediators who themselves provide mediation services. We also maintain close relationships with other mediators and assist and advise clients on mediator selection.
