- Structuring and negotiating complex leveraged acquisition finance transactions for private equity sponsors and debt providers, in public and private M&A transactions
- Advising on various hybrid bank and bond financings
- Numerous involvements in trade, commodities and export credit-supported financings
- Acting on various Swiss real estate financings in collaboration with our dedicated Real Estate practice team
- Participation in several high-profile project financings with Swiss domiciled project companies
- Assisting with the disposal of loan and leasing portfolios
- Advising on various debt restructuring matters, including bond restructuring transactions, and work-outs
