The USA claims data access all over the world

The Cloud Act provides the USA with far-reaching access to data stored abroad. Governments around the world have begun to modernise processes that enable law enforcement agencies to access data internationally. Now, Switzerland also needs to actively cooperate with the USA and to conclude a bilateral agreement.
