Thanks to progressing digitalisation, virtual working, virtual office visits for students as well as legal tech based on artificial intelligence have found their way into the everyday life of lawyers. When choosing an employer, flexibility (e.g. remote office) is currently the greatest need of employees. Further important aspects seem to be further training opportunities, support for individually initiated projects and the acceptance of functions in professional associations.
