NKF expands Life Sciences practice with Janine Reudt-Demont as new Counsel

Niederer Kraft Frey is very pleased to announce the arrival of Janine Reudt-Demont as counsel as of March 1, 2020. As an expert in the life sciences, pharma and healthcare sector, she will further expand and advance NKF’s client service offering and strengthen NKF’s vital industry sector expertise.

Janine Reudt-Demont’s practice covers the regulation of all aspects of the medtech and pharmaceutical industry, including clinical trials, product classifications, authorisations, market access, promotion and marketing, compliance (including data privacy questions) as well as transparency and anti-corruption. Janine also advises on regulatory and compliance matters concerning other regulated products such as cosmetics, foodstuffs, tobacco and CBD-products. Besides, she counsels clients on all matters of distribution, product liability and product safety laws, including recalls. In addition to her advisory expertise, Janine represents clients in court proceedings, arbitration, mediation and before administrative bodies. Prior to joining NKF she worked in the Zurich office of another major Swiss law firm. Since 2018, she has been writing as part of the reporter team for the legal magazine “Life Science Recht”.
