Niederer Kraft Frey appoints two new partners

We are pleased to inform you that, on 1 January 2012, we admitted

• Thomas Brönnimann, LL.M., Attorney-at-Law and
• Daniel Bono, LL.M., Attorney-at-Law

as partners of our law firm.

Thomas Brönnimann advises issuers, banks and institutional investors in capital market and M&A transactions, on stock exchange and takeover law matters as well as on debt financing transactions.

Daniel Bono regularly represents investment banks, investors and issuers in complex capital marktes transactions, mergers and acquisitions, derivatives and structured finance and regularly advises on corporate governance, securities laws and general corporate matters.
