Vontobel Holding successfully places USD 400m new AT1 bonds with funds managed by Apollo Global Management

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Apollo in relation to the issuance of new USD 400 million Additional Tier 1 bonds by Vontobel Holding AG and the placement of the AT1 bonds with funds managed by Apollo Global Management.
