Veristat acquires SFL Group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Veristat on the acquisition of SFL Regulatory Affairs & Scientific Communication GmbH and its group companies.

Headquartered in the US, Veristat is a scientific-minded global clinical research organisation (CRO) with more than 27 years of experience in clinical trial planning and execution.
SFL is a leading Swiss-based consultancy with affiliates in Austria, Germany, and the UK providing integrated solutions to pharma, biotech and medtech companies for global and local activities.
