Vantage Education Group completes comprehensive refinancing

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Vantage Education Group in connection with its comprehensive refinancing with UBS Switzerland AG acting as mandated lead arranger, agent, security agent and original lender as well as Berner Kantonalbank AG, Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd. and Zuger Kantonalbank acting as original lenders.
