Vantage Education AG acquires Swiss Marketing Academy

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Vantage Education AG, one of the largest private providers of education and training in the Swiss market, on the acquisition of the Swiss Marketing Academy. The Swiss Marketing Academy was founded in 2002 and developed into the market leader in the field of marketing and sales training with a great deal of commitment and passion. The transaction was completed on 12 October 2021.
