Thyssenkrupp sells e-Mobility business to Wonder Auto Group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Thyssenkrupp on the sale of the Competence Center e-Mobility in the form of an asset deal to the Wonder Auto Group. The transaction was completed on 30 June 2020. The Competence Center e-Mobility was established in Liechtenstein several years ago and includes in particular research and development activities.
