Swiss Steel successfully completes divestiture of Eastern European entities

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Swiss Steel Group, a leading producer of special long steel solutions, in the successful divestiture of several distribution entities in Eastern Europe to IMS group, a division of JACQUET METALS. The divestiture was completed on 31 October 2023.
