Sportradar enters into landmark long-term global partnership with NBA

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to Sportradar, the world’s leading provider of sports data intelligence and sport entertainment solutions, on its long-term global partnership with the National Basketball Association (NBA).

Sportradar serves as official betting data rights and official betting streaming rights partner as well as distributor of live game video of the NBA.

The NKF team was led by Corporate/M&A partner Patrik Peyer, working with associate Katalin Siklosi (Corporate/M&A).
