SORBA EDV AG and BuildTec Software Group join forces

Niederer Kraft Frey advised the founders and shareholders of SORBA EDV AG, a leading provider of specialist construction software in Switzerland, on the sale of all shares in SORBA EDV AG to BuildTec Software, a portfolio company of funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital, as well as the management on its indirect investment in SORBA EDV AG.

SORBA has been offering the leading modular solution for digital construction processes in Switzerland for more than 35 years and stands for reliability and innovation. As a proven comprehensive solution, the software is used by more than 2,500 companies in the construction industry. With a dedicated team of over 80 employees and a customer-oriented approach, SORBA has earned a first-class reputation in the industry.
