SIG Group raises CHF 213m in accelerated bookbuilding
Niederer Kraft Frey advised UBS AG and Goldman Sachs International as Joint Global Coordinators on an accelerated bookbuilding exercise of SIG Group AG. In connection with the transaction, 11 million new registered shares were sold in private placements to institutional investors, including qualified institutional buyers in the United States, raising gross proceeds of CHF 213.4 million. The net proceeds from the placement will be used to partially finance the acquisitions of IPN Scholle and Evergreen Asia. Subscription rights of the existing shareholders were excluded.
