SIG Group completes bridge financing for upcoming bonds maturity
SIG Group, a leading systems and solutions provider for aseptic carton packaging, completed a bridge financing as back-up alternative in light of the group’s upcoming bonds maturity.
Niederer Kraft Frey acted as lead counsel to a broader banking syndicate led by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A. as documentation coordinator and arranger with UBS Switzerland AG as agent for the EUR 550 million bridge loan credit facility.
