Sellers of as Swiss company win M&A case before Cantonal High Court

Niederer Kraft Frey represents sellers of a Swiss company in a post M&A litigation against the purchaser of the company.

Due to the expiry of all warranties, the purchaser brought claims for damages against the sellers based upon recission of the share purchase agreement. All these claims were rejected and the relevant Cantonal High Court ruled fully in our client’s favour.
