SD Worx acquires the Adessa Group

On 9 April 2020, SD Worx People Solutions NV, a Belgium based leading payroll and HR services provider, has successfully acquired the Adessa Group, a Swiss based technology consulting firm offering HR software in the cloud and associated services allowing customers to transform towards efficient HR processes and digital workplaces.

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss legal advisor to SD Worx in this transaction. The NKF team was led by M&A partner Till Spillmann, working with senior associates Andrea Giger and Deirdre Ní Annracháin and junior associate Stephanie Huchler (all M&A).
