Persán acquires Mibelle
Niederer Kraft Frey is acting as Swiss counsel to the Spanish Persán S.A. on the acquisition of Mibelle AG from Migros Beteiligungen AG. The closing is expected to take place later in 2025.
The Mibelle group, currently owned by Migros Beteiligungen AG, is active in the personal care & beauty, home care and nutrition business segments. Mibelle has around 1’400 employees, is headquartered in Buchs, Switzerland and has facilities in Switzerland, France, the United Kingdom, the United States and Australia. It also has sales offices in the Netherlands.
Persán is a Seville-based multinational leader in the development, manufacturing and marketing of home care and personal hygiene products. In 2024 it reached its record turnover of EUR 862 million. The company’s products reach all five continents. It currently has more than 2’000 employees and three plants: in Seville (Spain), Saint-Vulbas (France) and Wróblowice (Poland).
