Partners Group acquires part of ROSEN Group

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to Herman Rosen on (i) the sale of (part of) the ROSEN Group to Partners Group as well as (ii) Mr. Rosen’s re-investment.

The ROSEN Group is a global leader in the inspection and integrity management services for energy transmission pipelines. The company consists of a team of more than 4’000 employees working in more than 110 countries.

Partners Group is a leading global private markets firm with over USD 147 billion assets under management.
