NBW, BodyFeet and Bio-Medica join Vantage Education Group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Vantage Education AG, one of the largest private providers of education and training in the Swiss market, on the acquisitions of the NBW, BodyFeet and Bio-Medica.

NBW is a distinguished institution renowned for its exceptional higher education programs. Bodyfeet is one of Switzerland’s top three providers of higher education in the field of alternative medicine. Bio-Medica is a higher education local champion specialising in alternative medicine and complementary therapies. The transactions were completed in June respectively August 2023.
