Mikron acquires intellectual property of LYSR

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to Mikron Switzerland AG on the acquisition of all intellectual property rights owned by LYSR Sàrl.

Mikron is the leading partner for high performance production systems to manufacture complex and precise components in high volumes. The three divisions, Mikron Automation, Mikron Machining and Mikron Tool, are based in Switzerland (Boudry and Agno). The company has additional production facilities in Germany, Lithuania, Singapore, China and in the USA.

LYSR focuses on products and services in the emerging domain of AI-based anomaly detection for industrial processes monitoring and predictive maintenance. The LYSR team is composed of experts in AI, data science and computer science, keeping track of rapidly evolving technologies that it encapsulates in the LYSR platform.
