medermis clinics is a leading provider of dermatological, phlebological and aesthetic healthcare services, operating 52 locations in Germany and Switzerland, with more than 1’000 employees including 200 physicians.

With this acquisition, medermis clinics has secured a market-leading position in Swiss vascular medicine through a strategic partnership with Zentrum für Gefässmedizin Mittelland AG (Aarau and Baden), Gefässpraxis am See AG (Lucerne and Cham), and Venenzentrum Arlesheim AG (Arlesheim).

The partnership marks a significant expansion of medermis clinics’ service portfolio in Switzerland, adding state-of-the-art vascular care to its existing offering. The three vascular centers hold leading market positions across the cantons of Aargau, Lucerne, Zug, and the Basel region. Together, they form a highly specialised network with 16 experienced angiologists, offering integrated diagnostics and treatment of venous and arterial diseases, with a strong focus on minimally invasive procedures. Patients will benefit from comprehensive care across all core indications of vascular medicine in modern health care centers.
