Lindsay Goldberg acquires the Bilcare Research Group
Lindsay Goldberg, a New York based private investment firm, has acquired the Bilcare Research Group, a global manufacturer of technical films, including PVC and barrier films for solid dosage pharmaceutical packaging, and PVC films for shrink sleeve labels and banking and credit cards. The Bilcare Research Group was (indirectly) held and sold by the Mumbai listed Bilcare Ltd. The group generated a gross turnover in excess of EUR 300 million in the past business year with a workforce of approximately 1’000 employees.
