Invision AG sells Vantage Education AG

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Invision AG on the sale of Vantage Education AG to a group of Swiss investors. Vantage, one of the leading providers of higher education programs in Switzerland, will remain independent and will continue to be led by the existing management team. The transaction was closed on 18 May 2020.

Vantage is one of the leading providers of higher education programs in Switzerland. Vantage unites 3 strong educational companies under one roof and is therefore one of the leading private educational providers in the areas of Business & Management, Sales, Marketing, Information Management and Tourism Management. At 13 locations in German- and French-speaking Switzerland, Vantage accompanies over 5000 students in their educational journey and has now become one of the leading market players in its segment.
