Gurit Holding AG secures CHF 120m financing

Niederer Kraft Frey advised UBS Switzerland AG (as coordinator, agent and lender) and the other members of the international banking syndicate on a CHF 120 million financing for Gurit Holding AG.

Gurit Holding AG (listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange) is a leading manufacturer and supplier of advanced composite materials, among others, for the renewable wind turbine blade industry.

The NKF team was co-led by Transactions partners Philip Spoerlé and Adrian Koller, working with associate Alexander Züger, junior associate Selim Tisli (both Transactions) and partner Markus Kronauer (Tax).
