GreenState acquires Yasai to become vertical farming market leader in Switzerland

Niederer Kraft Frey advised GreenState AG, one of the leading Swiss vertical farming companies, on its acquisition of Yasai AG.

GreenState is a pioneer in Switzerland with regards to modular and vertical farming focusing on all aspects thereof. It provides technical hard- and software solutions transferring traditional farming know-how into “digital recipes” for the future of farming. With the combination of GreenState and Yasai, an ETH spin-off and fellow pioneer in the vertical farming landscape in Switzerland, a new market leader in the vertical farming industry will be created which will contribute to a greener, healthier planet.
