FUCHS SE acquires LUBCON group

Niederer Kraft Frey advised FUCHS SE as Swiss law advisors on the acquisition of the LUBCON group. The transaction is subject to approval of antitrust authorities.

Founded in 1931 as a family business in Mannheim, FUCHS is today the world’s largest independent supplier of innovative lubricant solutions for almost all industries and applications.

The internationally active LUBCON Group, based in Maintal, Germany, comprises various domestic and foreign operating companies and production sites. The group of companies employs more than 200 people worldwide and has many years of experience and expertise in the development, manufacture and sale of high-performance specialty lubricants.
