Five Elms Capital invests USD 75m in RoomPriceGenie

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss legal and tax counsel to Five Elms Capital on its investment in RoomPriceGenie AG.

RoomPriceGenie is an innovative, award-winning revenue management system (RMS), originally created for small, independent hotels and now used by more than 3’000 hotels and groups of all types and sizes in 65 countries worldwide.
