EQT, together with ADIA and Auba, successfully complete the sale of 6.3% of Galderma’s share capital via an accelerated bookbuilding process

Sunshine SwissCo GmbH (a consortium led by EQT), together with ADIA and Auba Investment Pte. Ltd., have successfully placed 15,000,000 shares in Galderma Group AG at a price of CHF 89.00 per share via an accelerated bookbuilding process. The placement raised CHF 1,335 million in total.

Niederer Kraft Frey represented the banking syndicate in the transaction, consisting of Bank of America, BNP PARIBAS, Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS.
