Niederer Kraft Frey advised EK-Pack Folien, a member of the Oliver Healthcare Group, a leading supplier of sterile barrier flexible packaging solutions for the global healthcare market, on its sale of Vacopack H. Buchegger AG to RB Verpackungen AG.

EK-Pack Folien is a manufacturer of high-quality film and foil technology headquartered in Ermengerst-Wiggensbach, Bavaria, Germany.
