Diebold Nixdorf successfully completes its debt refinancing

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Diebold Self-Service Solutions Sàrl, a member of the Diebold Nixdorf group, as Swiss counsel on the refinancing of certain debt and on the provision of USD 400 million in new capital for Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated.
