Crypto Finance AG sells Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG to Matrixport

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Crypto Finance AG on the sale of Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG to Matrixport.

Crypto Finance AG is a leader in providing professional digital asset solutions including trading, custody and staking services to institutional clients. The FINMA-regulated service provider is part of the Deutsche Börse Group.

Matrixport is a global platform for crypto financial services and offers a variety of financial solutions in the cryptocurrency sector worldwide.

Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG is the first FINMA-approved manager of collective crypto assets and a pioneer in the market by managing the first regulated crypto fund in Switzerland. Following the transaction, Crypto Finance (Asset Management) AG will operate under the name Matrixport Asset Management AG.
