Credit Suisse finances AS Equity Partners’ acquisition of SPS Post Solutions from Swiss Post

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Credit Suisse (Switzerland) Ltd., acting as arranger, agent, security agent and original lender, on the financing of AS Equity Partners’ acquisition of SPS Post Solutions from Swiss Post at an enterprise value of
CHF 375 million.

AS Equity Partners is a London-based investment firm and targets investments in the lower to middle-market for software and technology enabled businesses across Europe. Swiss Post Solutions is a leading provider of business process outsourcing and innovative document management services in both the physical and digital worlds with a workforce of 7,800 employees and specialised partners. Swiss Post Solutions focuses on the sectors banking, insurance, telecommunications and healthcare, addressing customer needs in more than 20 countries.
