Consortium of investors co-led by The Risk Management Group and Union Bancaire Privée acquires buildings leased to Hôpital de La Tour
Niederer Kraft Frey advised UBS Switzerland as sole underwriter, agent and mandated lead arranger on the financing of the acquisition of buildings leased to Hôpital de La Tour by a consortium of investors co-led by The Risk Management Group and Union Bancaire Privée (UBP).
The Risk Management Group is a specialised financial advisory and investment firm headquartered in Geneva. UBP is one of Switzerland’s leading private banks. Its dedicated unit investing in private markets – UBP’s Private Markets Group (PMG) – manages more than CHF 4 billion. Both firms regularly invest in high quality real estate assets on behalf of their respective clients. The Hôpital de La Tour buildings located in Meyrin, Geneva consist of approximately 21,000 sqm of total rentable area servicing approximately 400,000 outpatient visits and 8,000 inpatient admissions per year.
