CIBC provides financing for Aldo

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as Swiss counsel to Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce (CIBC) acting as agent, lead arranger and sole bookrunner, and further syndicate banks on the financing for Aldo Group as provided in the context of the exit by Aldo Group of its restructuring process.

Aldo Group is a Canada based shoe and accessories retailer and has been operating since almost 50 years with more than 1,500 points of sale in over 100 countries.
