BSI Software AG’s majority owner changes from Capvis to Bregal Unternehmerkapital
Niederer Kraft Frey advised the founders and managers of BSI Software AG on the sale of a stake in BSI Software AG to Bregal Unternehmerkapital, an international private equity firm, as well as on their indirect reinvestment in BSI Software AG and a respective partnership arrangement with Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
The previous investor, Capvis, sold its shares after four years of successful partnership with BSI to Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
BSI Software provides scalable and innovative software solutions for customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation while supporting its customers in implementing and using these solutions.
The closing is subject to merger control notifications.
