beecom AG acquired by Eficode

Niederer Kraft Frey acted as counsel to the selling shareholders in the sale of beecom AG to Eficode, Europe’s leading DevOps company. The transaction was successfully closed in May 2021.

With over 200 customers in Switzerland from industries such as banking, automotive, business services and security, beecom AG is a market leader in Atlassian software and Atlassian consulting in Switzerland.
