Affiliates of Centre Lane Partners acquire substantially all assets of Hardinge Inc. and its Swiss subsidiaries (Hardinge Holdings GmbH and Hardinge Kellenberger AG)

Niederer Kraft Frey advised Centre Lane Partners on all Swiss law-related aspects of the acquisition of substantially all the assets of Hardinge Inc., including its Swiss subsidiaries. Hardinge Inc. is a global leader and provider of advanced machine tool, manufacturing and workholding solutions. The acquisition was part of chapter 11 proceedings in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
