NKF wins “Impact Deal Award” at the IFLR Europe Awards 2025

Niederer Kraft Frey has been recognised in the “Impact Deal Awards” category at the IFLR Europe Awards 2025, held in London on 3 April 2025. NKF received the award for its role as Swiss legal advisor to EMAG Group in connection with its restructuring, which involved an unprecedented double-layer restructuring plan under Germany’s StaRUG proceedings with additional highly innovative and unprecedented restructuring features in Switzerland.
