NKF recognised as top law firm with silver seal by BEST RECRUITERS 2024/25
Niederer Kraft Frey has been ranked 2nd in the legal services sector in the BEST RECRUITERS STUDY 2024/2025 due to its outstanding recruiting performance. This marks NKF’s fifth consecutive year of achieving a top ranking, having secured 1st place every year since 2021.
The rating is based on the largest independent recruitment study in the German-speaking region, covering around 450 employers from about 30 sectors in Switzerland.

Since 2013, BEST RECRUITERS examines the recruiting quality and efforts of approximately 450 to 550 employers with the highest turnover and number of employees in Switzerland and Liechtenstein. In the study, the following categories have been of particular importance: career website, mobile recruiting, social media, content and usability of online job ads, application process and application response rate. The seals for excellent recruiting quality range from bronze and silver to gold (1st place).
