Dr. Frick is a senior attorney with vast experience in supporting clients effectively in their business projects. He is recognised for both his deep knowledge of the law and his entrepreneurial approach to finding tailor-made solutions for his clients. His experience as a business angel and as an active board member in several banks make him a trusted and responsive advisor for any company seeking high quality, hands-on, cost and time efficient and goal focused legal support.

Experience

Dr. Frick counsels Swiss and international banks and other enterprises in particular in the finance industry on various legal and regulatory issues. He advises on FinTech projects and is the editor of the FinTech Law Review. He advises, publishes and lectures also on sanctions and on competition law. Since 2001 he has been a board member of various banks. He has lectured in Banking and Finance in Zurich’s LL.M. Program at the University of Zurich since 1996.
