Rolf Sethe has extensive knowledge and broad expertise across in various areas of business and finance market law. His practice focuses primarily on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, private equity, corporate governance, banking and capital market issues. He is a professor for civil law, commercial and economic law at the University of Zurich.
