Philipp Theiler is part of NKF’s Transactions team. He focuses mainly on capital markets transactions, corporate/M&A and corporate finance. He holds a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in law and economics from the University of St. Gallen (HSG). Besides his studies, Philipp gained further practical experiences during an internship at NKF.
