In business relocation and private residency planning, her practice is focused on advising international and Swiss employers and employees on location issues, work and residence permits, social security issues, and naturalisation as well as on the acquisition of real estate by non-Swiss nationals. Michaela also advises individuals who wish to become permanent residents in Switzerland.
Michaela advises high net worth individuals (HNWIs) and families on various aspects of their private life and their business activities. She also practices as a trademark agent and advises clients from clearance to registration of trademarks.
