Lukas Fahrländer is a member of the Banking, Finance & Regulatory team. He advises Swiss and international banks and financial institutions on a broad range of regulatory, civil law and compliance matters. His practice also focuses on capital markets transactions and on general corporate law matters. He is a Private Lecturer (Privatdozent) for private law, corporate law as well as banking and capital markets law at the University of Zurich, Faculty of Law, and regularly publishes in his fields of expertise.
