- Criminal proceedings in the field of white collar crime and international mutual assistance, along with other complex criminal proceedings before federal and cantonal authorities
- ICC arbitration proceedings, in the capacity of counsel as well as of secretary of the Arbitral Tribunal
- Civil proceeding regarding the warranty of quality and fitness in a real estate sales contract, and other disputes such as the compliance with a non-compete clause or the unlawful termination of a contract in employment law
