For more than two decades, Christoph Balsiger has specialised in banking and banking regulationa. He advises and represents financial institutions in regulatory proceedings before FINMA, the Swiss Financial Market Supervisory Authority and SIX Swiss Exchange. Christoph advises issuing houses, issuers and lead managers in debt, equity and equity linked capital market transactions, structuring and registration of collective investment schemes, structuring of complex derivative transactions, AMCs (actively managed certificates), structured finance transactions, EMTN, warrant and structured products programmes.
